Discovering Who I Really Am

What's it like to be you? How is your level of self-confidence? On what do you base your identity? More importantly...do you really like being you? If you're unsure about any of these questions, joining us for the eight sessions of the Discovering Who I Really Am workshop could be the best thing you ever did.

In a participatory-style small group, you will discover how we talk about ourselves and how that impacts on the way we go about life. Having a closer look at this language is the starting point to discovering what it means to truly be our selves. This is a fun workshop and covers things like:

- How we talk about things and people
- What are Identity and Uniqueness?
- How did I get to see myself the way I do?
- What can be done about that?
- On what do I base my true identity?
- How do I learn to see myself for who I truly am?

Understanding Anger

Ever been told to go to an Anger Management program? Ever feel that this is not what you really needed?

Most people resent the idea of being told they need to "Manage" one of their emotions. After all, we don't have to  "Manage" Love..."Manage" Happiness..."Manage" Sadness and so on. What we really need to know is why we feel the way we do and what can be done to change it.

This four night workshop does just that. It helps you to discover what's behind those horrible feelings that rise up suddenly and appear to take control of your life. You'll be surprised to discover you don't have to put up with them any longer.

Learning to say "No"

What's it like when someone tries to manage your life for you? What's it like when someone tries to tell you what to do, make decisions for you, doesn't let you have your own thoughts or acknowledge that they are real or any good?

Learning to say No is not about just gaining strength to say the word but more about understanding what is mine and what is the responsibility of everybody else. This is a a most liberating discovery because of all the things we can learn in life, learning to be myself is most fundamental to a happy and stress less life.
